- The necessity for the performance of a contract (user registration and use of the platform).

When a buyer posts a request on the platform, the following data becomes visible to logged-in sellers so they can contact them directly:
- Buyer’s name
- Buyer’s email address
- Buyer’s country
Sellers may use this information to initiate negotiations and make an appropriate offer. Avrequests.com does not share your data with third parties unless legally required or if it is necessary for the performance of our services, such as for payment providers or hosting services.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, we will permanently delete your data from our systems within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
To request account deletion, email info@kinxsound.be with your name and email address. We will then manually delete your account.
