• Platform: Avrequests.com, the online platform where buyers can post requests, and sellers can view and respond to them.
• Buyer: A user who posts requests for specific audiovisual products.
• Seller:  A user with an (potentially paid) account, gaining access to buyer details to offer products.
• Request: A request for a specific audiovisual product placed by a buyer on the platform, aiming to receive an offer from sellers.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. It is not allowed to use false information. Registration requires acceptance of our privacy policy and these general terms and conditions.

3. User Obligations

• Buyers: Buyers can create a free account and post requests for products they are seeking. Buyers must agree to the privacy policy before submitting a request.
• Sellers: Sellers must have a (potentially paid) account to access buyers’ requests. Sellers may only contact buyers for legitimate commercial purposes and must treat the provided information confidentially

4. Seller Payments

Sellers pay a fee to use the platform. All payments are processed via secure payment methods. Any subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly unless canceled before the next billing period. During the current trial and test period, seller accounts can be created and used for free.

5. Liability

Avrequests.com is not liable for the content of buyers’ requests or sellers’ offers. Avrequests.com merely provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved between them

• No Guarantee: Avrequests.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by buyers or sellers. It is the responsibility of buyers and sellers to perform necessary verifications and due diligence before entering into any transaction.
• No Liability for Damages: Avrequests.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to damages due to lost revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if avrequests.com has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
• Technical Failures: Avrequests.com is not liable for any damages caused by technical issues or platform unavailability, such as connection errors, data loss, or service interruptions
• External Links: The platform may contain links to third-party websites. Avrequests.com is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of these external websites and accepts no liability for damages caused by using these websites.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to logos, texts, and images, is the property of avrequests.com or respective owners and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of the content is prohibited.

7. Termination of Services

Avrequests.com reserves the right to delete accounts or deny access to the platform if users do not comply with these terms and conditions

8. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Flanders.
